How it Works
Step 1: Customize the service to meet your needs
A customer service specialist will help to customize your account to fit your needs. If you have templates that you would like our transcribers to follow you can provide them to us. If you do not have templates we can set you up with standard templates. Your templates can be adjusted as you use the service.
Step 2: Record
There are three ways to record your dictations. Choose whatever method suits your needs!
- Digital voice recorder (Scribecorp will advise which ones to use)
- Iphone or Android app
- Toll-free call in recording center
- Computer audio recording programs
Step 3: Send
Sending your dictations to Scribecorp is easy.
- Scribecorp secure uploader (SSU): Simply plug your Scribecorp recorder (containing audio files) into your computer that has your SSU installed and click "Upload Now" to send us your files.
- Iphone or Android App: record and send instantly.
- ScribecorpWeb: Login to your account and upload your digital dictations directly via our secure website. Once logged into your account you will be able to view all files that have been uploaded and also manage your finished transcriptions.
- Toll-Free: If you have recorded your dictations via our toll-free system your files will automatically be sent!
Step 4: Retrieve
There are two ways to retrieve your transcriptions:
- Via Email: Scribecorp can securely send your professionally formatted transcribed documents to any email address that you specify.
- ScribecorpWeb: Simply login to your account to view or retreive your transcriptions.

Designed to be simple to use the Scribecorp Secure Uploader (SSU) is proprietary one-click software application that encrypts and then transfers audio files from the user to our web server via our state-of-the-art HIPAA compliant network. This software application is easy to install and works with most digital voice recorders.
Digital Voice Recorders
Untether yourself from the telephone. Dictate using a compact digital voice recorder and upload your files periodically using the SSU. Using a digital voice recorder saves you time by not having to dial up your toll free recorder.
Toll-Free Dial-up
For those who just like to use the telephone, of for that time when you've misplaced you digital voice recorder, we offer a toll-free service.
Iphone and Android
Iphone and Android digital voice recorder apps are available and can be configured to upload your audio files to our server. Call your Scribecorp service representative to discuss further.
